The main purpose of the role Senior Operational Consultant is to lead Operational Consulting service deliveries as they relate to the BSS environment. In addition, the Consultant should identify, classify and pursue sales leads and business opportunities, actively engage in Knowledge Sharing and seek to generate flow-through opportunities for the overall Ericsson service and product businesses. They should also support the development capabilities, assets and reference case so that they can be reused in future customer engagements.

Solution Architect (BSS), Africa
This is a highly visible and pro-active role requiring highly developed inter-personal and communication skills. It will demand constant interaction with account teams and the end customer, in order to understand the operator’s business issues, and to be able to find opportunities for evolving our solutions, thereby creating new business. Senior BSS EMM Integration Engineer, Dublin, Irealand
In the role of Senior EMM Integration Engineer you will be responsible for the implementation and upgrading of solutions in the EMM area. You will be required to act as the technical lead for EMM projects with a high level of Customer interaction and co-ordination with Local Service Organisations and Engagement Practice.
