Resourcing Manager position, Ericsson Ireland LSO
The Local Service Organisation (LSO) Ireland is responsible to ensure the service delivery fulfillment of all services delivered to customers in Ireland, with the exception of Customer Support contracts. This encompasses all service delivery regardless of delivery source – LSO internal teams, those from Global Services Centers, Regional Competence Centers and other internal resource providers, as well as external sub-contractors. The Resourcing Manager is responsible for successful management of the staffing function and resource forecast processes across all projects.
